Excellent Service Advisor I recently had my Toyota Avalon in for its inspection. I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to be greeted by Kalynn (Katie) Miller, as my Service I recently had my Toyota Avalon in for its inspection. I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to be greeted by Kalynn (Katie) Miller, as my Service Advisor. Her cheery personality was the bright spot in my day. The car was immediately put in the shop for inspection. Katie came to me, less than an hour later, to tell me that everything was fine and the only amount due was for the emissions testing. I paid the cashier and was on my way in no time. Freedom Toyota treats you like family. Although I didn't purchase my last Toyota there, because of their friendly, customer oriented, dedicated service advisors and technicians, I had no hesitation when I decided to purchase my new Avalon. Enjoy car buying - stop here! I had been looking for a new Toyota for about 3 months. I live in Cumberland County and I could not find any dealer that was willing to give me a fair I had been looking for a new Toyota for about 3 months. I live in Cumberland County and I could not find any dealer that was willing to give me a fair deal when purchasing a new Toyota. Mark did it for me. I did most of my shopping online and was referred to Mark, he took the time and found the Highlander that I always wanted. I had some issues with my trade at other dealers but they wanted to work with me. I recommend Mark Heverling and Freedom Toyota to anyone that wants to buy a new or preowned car. Even if you do not live in Harrisburg they want your business. They gave me a bunch of free extras with my truck with no strings attached. Some of the dealers I went to made you pay extra or you had to have your car serviced fully at their dealership to get the rewards they offer. Mark Heverling is by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered. He makes going to a car dealership fun – I’ll no longer dread car shopping.
