Saw ad in paper on Presidents Day for 2014 Prius c Two with FREEDOM DISCOUNT for $2898 and FACTORY REBATE for $1000. Great deal! Went to website that has fake chat session that just collects email and with FREEDOM DISCOUNT for $2898 and FACTORY REBATE for $1000. Great deal! Two 2014 Prius c Two's on the lot. After a second phone call to Richard, I verify that I qualify for both discounts! I showed up in person and was shunted from Richard to Chad (after standing around for 15 minutes). Chad pulls up a silver 2014 Prius c Two and we go for a test drive. We sit down to do business and find out IT MUST HAVE BEEN A TYPO! The ad should have said 2013 Prius c Two. Oh, and the 2013 Prius c Two that the ad was referring to was sold anyway. Nevermind that Richard said the ad was valid. Chad just pretended that there was no ad and I was just some schmuck who walked in ignorant. It all ended with the manager handing me her card and thanking me for stopping in. No apologies. What a scam! Sorry Freedom Toyota, I'll never step on your lot again. More

After eight long hours of running from place to place, I ended up at Freedom Toyota hoping to get my dream car, a Toyota Camry. From the purchase to the final paper work, we were treated, as I said previously, like the people really cared about us. We had dealt with other dealerships (5 to be exact) but they never went out of their way to ensure we left with what we wanted and was within our budget KUDOS to all that were involved with getting me into my new Corolla, I absolutely love it and look forward to doing business with the dealership again. What I can't still grasp, is that I drive a new vehicle (I am waiting for some reason to have the rug pulled out from under me) thus hoping I don't have to return it. I do not know Marcia's last name but she worked relentlessly to assure that I received the vehicle that was right to me.
