I have been getting my GMC Yukon serviced there since I bought it there in December. I live about an hour from the dealership but continue to service it there with the help of the Sales manager Stacy Hoke. bought it there in December. He lives reletivly close to me and is willing to go out of his way to pick my car up to be serviced when needed. This is just one of many of the excellent customer service acts that have gone above and beyond expectations. The service manager Alan calls me to let me know what services need to be performed and what these services will cost me before performing them. My vehicle comes back to me washed and vacuumed every time which is another nice touch. Stacy always leaves a vehicle at the house while he has mine at the dealership. This allows me to get my daily choirs and running around done without skipping a beat which is very helpful with my busy schedule. I have many dealerships closer to my home but I will continue to service and buy my vehicles from Freedom because I truly feel there customer service cannot be matched.
