This is my second Rav4 I have gotten at Freedom.When my lease expired on my 2011 Rav I went back to freedom to explore my options. Within 3 hrs I left with a new 2013 Rav4. Didn't expect that but after Jos lease expired on my 2011 Rav I went back to freedom to explore my options. Within 3 hrs I left with a new 2013 Rav4. Didn't expect that but after Josh explained all my options I decided on a new one. There was no pressure from josh just thorough explanations. Have been recommending him to others. Have had all the scheduled maintenance and 2 minor problems with 2011 rav taken care of at freedom. Only had one problem with service when nobody told me my vehicle was ready for over 1/2 hr. Sometimes service takes a little longer than I was told. Other than that I am pleased with Freedom Toyota. More

Very pleasant atmosphere, pressure free enviroment. My sales guy Ryan Long was absolutely superb. I have already referred people to him and I just got my car yestereday. He was fantastic. Unlike other sales people he was very upfront about everything and laid it all out for me and that is what I wanted. Someone that was upfront with everything and Ryan was that person. I can not say enough about Ryan, but I will be back to see him again for my next vehicle. Also the gentleman that did my financials Julio,terrific job. He definately knows how to work numbers. So if your in the market for a new car go see Ryan and Julio and if their not available one of the other fantastic salesmen can help.
