While traveling 450 miles from home the power source stopped working in my 4Runner leaving me without a GPS or cell phone. I pulled off the highway to find a rest stop and spotted Freedom Toyota. It was a Saturday afternoon but I took a chance hoping that they would take a look at it. The employees that helped me, Trish and Luke, could not have been any friendlier or more helpful then they were. It was a blown fuse and after Luke replaced and checked everything out he keep looking to determine why it blew. It ended up being exposed wires on a splitter I had been using. Changing a fuse might not seem like a big deal but when you are traveling alone and have know way to contact anyone or to determine where you are going it was a big deal to me. Trish went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. I was very impressed! More

My husband and I purchased our 2011 Toyota Corolla in June of 2011. The manager of Used Cars dept., Stacy Hoke, was first to assist me. I had to go alone (my husband was at work) and not knowing what I wanted and feeling kind of lost, Stacy showed me that I was important by giving me some ideas. After helping to somewhat, narrow some of my options down, he introduced me to Felix, who took such good care of me and my needs. Before Stacy left, he told me that I could contact him anytime and he would assist me. Felix then, picked up the ball and got us into our 2011 Toyota Corolla which in turn has changed my family and my life. Because the service was so good, I brought my sister (who was trying to purchase a new car) to the same people at the same location, who helped her in the same way in which they helped me. They treated us like family and you don't find that in many places. Any problems that I encountered with my car, I went directly to Stacy and he was on the job assisting me with no hesitation at all. On December 23, 2011, an older lady hit our car and totaled it. I was devastated. Instantly I thought to call Stacy and Felix and once more they were on the job helping us find another car by instructing us on what we must do. Even though I feel that I have been a bug to the both of them, they assured me that I wasn't. Their 100% customer service amazes me and encouraged me to bring in anyone and everyone who is anticipating on purchasing an old or new vehicle. I wanted to personally write you a letter, letting you know just how good it feels to know that there are those who do their jobs and at times exceed expectations. This is what Stacy and Felix did for me and mine. They never talked down to me, but instead, encouraged me, informed me and treated me like I was royalty. On Jan.12,2012 I returned to your dealership to have a parking light replaced that had been missed the previous day during service.The tech had gone over board to accomodate me having to replace a water p parking light replaced that had been missed the previous day during service.The tech had gone over board to accomodate me having to replace a water pump and complete a number of service issues.My stay was much longer then expected but because I was so well informed each step along the way and they were so friendly it was ok.
