I dislike shopping for a car....until now! Mike Dugan was exceptional. He listened to which models I was considering, helped me evaluate those, but wasn't pushy. He found a vehicle on the lot that fit met my needs and helped me get a good deal. I had researched the numbers prior to arriving. I told him what I disliked about "negotiations" in so many dealerships and he actually listened and handled our making a deal as I preferred. The price I got matched what I had calculated was the best deal I could expect. Even at a very busy time for the dealership my transaction was handled as quickly as possible and Mike kept track of the process even why taking care of other customers.
