I was helping a friend looking at used cars, and we found a particular car of interest at Heritage. We ended up speaking to Megan about the car, and she set up an appointment for us to see it at our conveni a particular car of interest at Heritage. Megan was professional and courteous, well prepared for our visit, and able to answer all our questions. My friend was not in any hurry to buy a car, and Megan was very respectful and understanding of this. There was no pressure to close a deal or attempt to sell anything other than the vehicle being considered, and the follow-up has been considerate. Given my own experience with large dealerships, I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience and felt comfortable during the process. I will definitely keep Megan and Heritage in mind for my own future vehicle needs. I recently purchased a Tacoma pickup from Heritage and had the good fortune of having Tonja Little as my sales person. She is an excellent listener and, while she did tell me about possible upgrades and had the good fortune of having Tonja Little as my sales person. She is an excellent listener and, while she did tell me about possible upgrades and other truck models, she wasn’t pushy about them. It is more like she guided me through the process of picking out and buying the right truck. Once I made my decision, she was very enthusiastic about it which really helped me feel like I had made the right decision instead of just settling for something. All in all, a great sales experience. And there’s more! She follows up with me when I have the truck serviced to make sure everything is OK. This is something I have never experienced with a car dealer. I definitely feel spoiled and would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a car or truck. PS I love my truck. More

Tonja Little, in our opinion, should be awarded a "Salesperson of the Year" award based on her customer service alone. On a stormy, cold Saturday afternoon in late October were were quietly (and inc "Salesperson of the Year" award based on her customer service alone. On a stormy, cold Saturday afternoon in late October were were quietly (and inconspicuously, we thought) wandering the back lot of used vehicles at Heritage Toyota. Were were checking out an older Toyota Tundra pickup when Tanja discovered us and introduced herself. Warm and cordial, she was like a new neighbor - very interested in us and eager to offer help and information, but not pushy or aggressive. Tonja showed us two options for pickups, and within a short time we were sitting at her desk considering a deal. Just like that. AND we were happy about it! In the course of the next two weeks, we switched to a different truck from our original selection: same model, two years newer, much heavier suspension. Tonja shepherded us through the maze of details and hurtles involved in changing our choice and never lost her cheerful attitude or professionalism. She responded to all of our requests or questions, and provided possible solutions or answers promptly by text and phone messages. What could have been a complicated mess and "deal killer" situation concluded with us as very happy customers. We drove home on Nov. 13th with our "new-to-us" first pickup. I have had the pleasure and luxury of purchasing many vehicles from Heritage Toyota Scion over the years and the experience is always first rate. Heritage never fails to make me feel good about my trade, my purchase and that I got good value for my dollar. Heritage is a great team and several team members deserve mention in this review. Our sales consultant Laura Washburn, was very engaging and helpful. She was eager to assist and to make sure my questions(which were many) were answered accuarately and in a timely manner. She facilitated a a great deal for us on a 2013 Venza and made sure we received all dealer and manufacturer rebates. A defnite repeat buy. The sales manager Jason Quenneville with whom I have worked with on deals many times in the past was efficient and accomodating and patient. He and his staff always make me feel like a VIP customer in thier showroom and this experience was right on par with what I have come to expect from this high volume customer oriented dealership The money guy (finance) Jeff Omeara was also extremely helpful, pleasant and as always he made sure we got the best deal possible with financing. In this case 0% so pretty tough to beat that. He even went so far as to share some of his home baked cookies. Heritage Toyota Scion has refined the car buying experience and they have the recipie. They know that if you take care of the customers they will come back time and time again. That certainly has been my experience. By the way the new showroom is great.
