When we bought the vehicle we pretty much went in knowing what we wanted, but Jason was great and made us feel really comfortable and good with our decision. He encouraged us to come to the new owners' orientation, which turned out to be a great way to get information about the dealership and a really cool behind-the-scenes tour of the area where they service the cars. Plus yummy snacks! Through no fault of the car or dealership we had a problem with our car while we were there and Jason was right on top of it and saw the situation through to the end, even though it meant staying pretty late to get it completely taken care of so we could get home safely. We were his priority, and that's been reflected in all of our interactions with him. More

In fact, this is one of the reasons that I selected Heritage over other dealerships, as the Dodge dealership directly across the road told me I couldn't test drive a truck to see if it would accommodate what I had to tow. Since then I have only had the truck in for scheduled maintenance which was a rather efficient process. Jason even picked up my truck one day and took it for the 10K mile service when I was unable to do so due to an extremely busy time at my seasonal business.
