Years ago we were in terrible need of another vehicle (had a small Aveo for a family of four). They were willing work with us when nobody else would. Two days later we were driving a Rav4. This vehicle was a certified used vehicle and besides regular maintenance, never had any issues, We just recently traded it in for a Sienna and a Corolla (both certified used vehicles). And when we went back, they remembered us and greeted us with a warm welcome, and the same people who sold us the Rav4 were still there after years went by. Our new sales person (Laz Koep) could not have been more courteous, knowledgeable, or attentive to the needs of my family. Laz made us feel that we were his top priority at all times and treated us as if we were part of his family. Always providing ideas but no pushing or pressuring us, it was again a great experience. Laz is truly friendly and cares about being sure that you are happy with his service and your vehicle. You guessed it, If I need a vehicle, or have a friend who needs a vehicle, It will be back to Heritage and I would find / recommend Laz to anyone who needs a car of any sort or for that matter, I would be proud to introduce Laz to anyone.
