It had been a really exhausting Friday and I was supposed to be going out of town for a Family outing in New Jersey. So at the last minute without an appointment I decided I needed to have my Beetle vacuumed and washed. I showed up at 2pm and I figured I would be there for at least 2 hours. I was SURPRISED that the task was completed in no time at all. Since they finished so quickly I inquired about if it would be possible to reprogram my key so that when i locked the car the Horn wouldn't beep anymore. My service Guy's had my car reprogrammed in just a few minutes. I STILL can't BELIEVE it. WoooooooooW!!! That's Freaking Awesome!!!!!! More

He just showed me the vehicles, told me the comps and took me on test drives for each one I wanted. It took me a couple of weeks but he was right there with the info. Then the ending process was good too. This is my 3rd new car and they have always been Toyota's. I loved my Toyota. Thought I would never have anything else but thanks to Marcos and the team at VW I am now a loyal VW owner and I'm here to stay. I love my Passat. Just love!
