I didn't want to waste timing driving all over and test driving trucks if I couldn't get the deal I wanted. It's a waste of time. I asked Bruce Freeman at Heritage to give me his best out the door price on several trucks on the lot. Without hesitation he came back with accurate numbers on 4 vehicles. Other dealers played all kinds of games and avoided the most important part of the buying process...the price! If a dealer can't be straight with you before visiting I can only imagine the games that will be played once you get on the lot. It was the exact opposite with Heritage. I got a firm quote in advance and that's exactly what I paid for the truck. The buying process was smooth and easy. No games, no pressure, no going in circles, just a smooth and easy transaction.
