Over the Moon! As a younger woman coming into a dealership alone, you're just asking to be taken for a ride because we all know that we have to bring a man with us. As a younger woman coming into a dealership alone, you're just asking to be taken for a ride because we all know that we have to bring a man with us. I took a gamble alone and I can't tell you how satisfied I am. Lavon was so honest and transparent with me, whatever I needed he accommodated. When I walked into the dealership I was alone and didn't know what I wanted- I was the MOST vulnerable. Lavon questioned me to find what would really matter to me: he asked me about every aspect of a car to find what I wanted: do I want good gas mileage, something flashy, something with lower payments? He spent valuable time in order to find out what I truly wanted to ensure I was not left with a classic case of buyers remorse. He really took his time and I never once felt pressured into anything I didn't want to do. I left with a great car that had lower miles than I wanted, payments not exceeding my budget, with a manufacturer with a reputation for long-term reliability. I am just over the moon with the service I received and honestly don't think I would even consider buying a car from someone other than Lavon in the future. More
