In fact, they insisted that I test drive other brand vehicles prior to considering signing on the dotted line. Melissa took the time to LISTEN to what I was looking for and wanted. She explained all the features and allowed me to ask the questions and provided HONEST, candid answers regarding trims and unnecessary features that I would not need. I cannot express how impressed I was at her knowledge of vehicles as well as her genuine desire to find the right vehicle for me instead of trying to sell me the most expensive model/trim! Gabe and Melissa made the process of buying a new car ENJOYABLE and not the dreaded, exhausting process of back and forth negotiation that l had previously experienced and associated with purchasing a vehicle. When my wife needs to upgrade her car in the next year or so, Gabe and Melissa will be the first ones we go to see! More
