Gabriel Walman and Melissa Cole are NOT your stereotypical salespeople This was by far the easiest and friendliest new car buying experience ever! Gabriel Walman and Melissa Cole are NOT your stereotypical salespeople who try to get you to buy the car 'today'. I cannot stress this enough. Initial visits to get familiar with the vehicle were all about test drives and checking out the features. Both Gabriel and Melissa are knowledgeable and passionate about the brand they work for; it does make a BIG difference when discussing the upcoming purchase. When it came to negotiations, Gabriel handled all correspondence electronically and made sure all numbers were disclosed properly with no hidden costs or surprises. Closing the deal required scheduling a final visit and signing several pieces of paperwork. Once we moved to Finance, Steven Jakubik was all about making sure title documents are in order and the financial aspects of the transaction are completed. Absolutely nothing in terms of selling extended warranties or service contracts. Just like it should be. Again, big thanks to Heritage VW Parkville, Gabriel, Melissa, and Steven for making the entire process as painless as it could be. A+. Highly recommended! More
