Lavon couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating to me or my family as I needed to make an emergency purchase. Every question I had was answered honestly, even when I had my doubts about the purchase. Most salesmen will say whatever they need to to get the sale, but Lavon was different in that regard. Wonderful, Wonderful Experience! I was in a bit of a predicament when I first came to Heritage to look for a used Jeep. While in the midst of selling my Jetta TDI back to Volkswagen, I was in a bit of a predicament when I first came to Heritage to look for a used Jeep. While in the midst of selling my Jetta TDI back to Volkswagen, I realized I need to get a new car without knowing the payoff from the diesel buyback program. It was terrifying not knowing if I would have to cover insurance for two vehicles, let alone a monthly payment for each. Bruce made this process a lot less scary and easier on me. He called me whenever he found a Jeep that I may be interested in. There was one I wanted to test drive, but hadn't gone through inspection yet. Bruce called as soon as it had passed inspection and I knew that was my new Jeep. Bruce not only found the perfect vehicle for me, but was also able to get a loan where I owed nothing for the first three months. That was such a relief considering I couldn't afford the cost of two vehicles at once. The timing worked out great as I only had to pay the insurance on both vehicles, and my last monthly payment on the old vehicle. Bruce still calls to see if everything is going well with my Jeep and always says to call him if I have any questions or problems. I am SO happy I chose to come back to Heritage for my second vehicle. I'm alsothankful that Bruce was kind enough to make sure everything worked out for me and that I was satisfied with my jeep.
