Ed Turner was Amazing! The last time I had to purchase a vehicle was in 2000 so I was a novice buyer. I was browsing cars via cars.com and found a Chevy Equinox that I was The last time I had to purchase a vehicle was in 2000 so I was a novice buyer. I was browsing cars via cars.com and found a Chevy Equinox that I was interested in viewing. The SUV was located at Heritage Volkswagen in Parkville. Before I visited the dealership, I read the car specifications, viewed the photos, researched any recalls on the VIN #, and examined the Car Fax report. The car seemed liked a good deal so I went to the dealership. Ed Turner greeted my mother and I in a timely and friendly manner. He unlocked the vehicle for us and showed us all of the features and how they worked. We went on a test drive and the car ran well. I was very indecisive about buying, and he was very patient with us. He gave my mom and I the time, space, and privacy needed to discuss whether or not to purchase the vehicle. He did not hover around or pressure us, but he did provide us with water after we were talking for a while outside the dealership. I decided that the Equinox was the exact car I was looking for so we began the paper-work process. Although it was a lengthy process, Mr. Turner was able to give all the information about that car that I already knew (Car Fax, recalls, etc.), so he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also connected to us in a personable manner. We ended up sharing stories and laughing while waiting for the paper work to go through. All in all, I had a great experience and I love my Equinox! I am grateful that Ed Turner was our sales rep... he was amazing! Buying a car is a long process but he made us comfortable and made the experience worth it! More
