First Car Experience My youngest daughter, who is going to be a sophomore in college, was looking for her first car. Ed Turner was our salesman when we made our first visi My youngest daughter, who is going to be a sophomore in college, was looking for her first car. Ed Turner was our salesman when we made our first visit and test drive. In future visits he worked with us and even stayed after his shifts were over. He was helpful and followed up as promised. I had to work hard on getting the best price for my daughter, since she was going to be the one paying for the car, and eventually they made it happen. Dan Coy understund my situation and helped us out with getting to the price we were willing to pay for the car, which my daughter was happy about since she knew her price limit. The least farvorite part of the whole buying a car deal was the finance part and paperwork. I wasn't applying for a loan and the process still took over 3 1/2 hours and we didn't end up leaving until about 10:30 that night. That part could use some fine tuning so the customer wouldn't have to sit around and wait so long. I'll have to follow up with another review after I have the car in for service and a recall repair. More
