Overall it was fairly painless. There was more back and forth on price than I would have preferred, especially having purchased 3 vehicles there previously. With that said, Herb Randolph was very helpful. The only comment I would make was that with other vehicles I've purchased, particularly from Mini and Mercedes, the salesman I worked with would spend 20 minutes in the vehicle with me walking me through features and how to access them, setting up bluetooth, etc, etc. Would have been a nice way to get acquainted with all of the intricacies of the vehicle.
