I have been a Ford Mustang guy for years. Thinking about a used Jeep and all the problems that come with a used car Shawn contacted me on email, and just asked one question How can I help. Notice he didn't say come in, how much money do you have for down payment, he just asked how he could help. Over a week I just sent him information thru email (Im military so my schedule is less than slow) and nothing more. After a week he and his OUTSTANDING Sales Manager asked me to come in. I was shocked to know that they had a fully loaded VW Routan 2010 with more room than I ever imagined. I was in and out in 2.5 hours. Now you could find maybe a handful of dealers with this type of customer service, but Shawn did it all with a busted ear drum.
