Herb and Mark were WONDERFUL! I walked in and said, this is what i want, this is what i need my payment to be, and this is how much i can put down. Within 25 minutes I was test driving my soon to be new (used) Jetta! They did all the could do for me that night, even though we walked in close to closing time. Before we left, i had a promise of a call back by 10 am, the next day and Mark was 99% sure the financing would work out how we needed it to. Indeed it did! I was able to go down after work the next day and sign the papers. It was a quick process, and Herb was very thorough in showing me all the bells and whistles to my new jetta! I went online to survey pricing for a Used Nissan Maxima, found a beautiful car which I absolutely fell in love with and the price was well within the range I was looking for. I had gone in the day before just to test drive the volkswagen new beetle convertable. I was not planning to buy at this time but was going to wait until February 2011. We had a great experience at Heritage purchasing our automobile! It was the quickest and easiest transaction we’ve had at a car dealership, and on a weeknight with a 20month in tow that is what you dre automobile! It was the quickest and easiest transaction we’ve had at a car dealership, and on a weeknight with a 20month in tow that is what you dream of. Keeping our son happy and occupied while test driving cars was handled well by Shawn and other employees (cards, crayons/book etc…) Of course, the whole process was helped with the pre-visit communication availability of Kristin and Shawn. I was able to get the loan work started and cars that I wanted to see all sorted out before even walking in the door. I can only hope that any future car transactions we have will be half as easy, and if we are in the area when that time comes, Heritage will be first on the list. More
