made appt for 12 to have bulbs replaced. still a 90 made appt for 12 to have bulbs replaced. still a 90 minute wait . service tech rolled down the passenger side window and would not roll back up. he made appt for 12 to have bulbs replaced. still a 90 minute wait . service tech rolled down the passenger side window and would not roll back up. he was able to get it back up but now have to bring it back to a window motor. was told I didn't need new bulbs I insisted that I did so they went back to check and determined that they should be replaced. they did not charge. still a little frustrated.
