Poor service, 4th time there never fix the problem. Poor service. 3rd time bringing it there for check engine issue. Did finally give rental car after I had to get Dan the service manager invoked. Last time told me it was the O2 sensor, however come to find out that wasn’t even the issue. Last time I had to come back 3 times because they kept telling me they had the part but they didn’t. This time the pickup process was ridiculous it took like 15 mins just to speak to someone to get my keys. Never buy a Volkswagen or get it serviced here. Right now the check engine light is off, but we’ll see what happens. If it happens again I will be pursuing litigation under lemon law. More
