We came into the dealership on May 1 and realize there are end of the month (April) incentives but the internet price was still showing as the same as the previous day. It was explained to us by the sales manager that the website we were viewing was not the internal Heritage VW pricing website and the public internet price had not been updated. It was not my fault that the website was not updated and we almost walked out of the dealership due to that explanation by the sales manager. We were ready to cancel the deal. John and the sales manager were able to drop the price a little, but not entirely to our satisfaction. We did stay to complete the deal. On a brighter note, Bridget was entirely forthcoming with everything and there were no unexpected issues. She was wonderful!! More
