The car has 5 flaws from factory and now an electronic problem. Sent email to salesman and to service. Never heard from either one. I was sent a survey and I said no one contacted me. The salesman finally got back to me and said he will have service contract me. No one again has contacted me. If salesman was as good as he said, he should have followed up to make sure I was contacted. I assume heritage does not repair cars. Apparently the salesman is just like other salespeople. Say alot, take your money and show you the door. I've purchased alot of cars in my life time. I'm no fan of German cars and this was my wifes choice. First time ever had I requested services from a dealer and have been let down. I understand salespeople not doing things they say and expect that. However, a service department not contacting me back is the first. Very disappointed in heritage service. My wife has been on me about the electronic issues 3 times. I plan to contact vw directly to get a referral. More

He took the time to work with me and was flexible with my schedule. I wanted to move forward on the car, but James the manager was not working with me on price or timing to buy. I felt pressured for immediate action, although I think I could have been given the 12 hours needed to get my ducks in a row. When I arrived on James' time, I felt that they were not prepared for what was needed to move forward on the purchase. If it weren't for Herb and Marcus, the business manager, to help recover the time lost, I would have left the showroom. I hope this feedback provides reflection on how to respect people's time and commitment. More

Best First Car Buying Experience! I fell in love with the Jeep Grand Cherokee very early on in the car hunting process. After going dealership to dealership, I was so happy when I made I fell in love with the Jeep Grand Cherokee very early on in the car hunting process. After going dealership to dealership, I was so happy when I made an appointment with Herb! He and his managers truly listened to my financial needs and we were able to come to a VERY reasonable agreement which got me in my dream car! Herb was patient and fought hard to get me a deal I was happy with. He was also very knowledgable about the Grand Cherokee itself and I loved hearing his personal stories about how great of a car I was purchasing. When you're spending $45,000, Herb is a great person to make you feel at ease about your car purchase. Herb was personable and was a funny guy to spend the downtime with while waiting for all the dealing and paperwork. I will hopefully have this car for the next eight years, but I look forward to purchasing my next car from Herb! HIGHLY recommend. More
