I am a very difficult person to deal with because I am not willing to settle for less than I deserve, but Cecil was up for the challenge and was able to make my buying experience smooth and hassle free. He was able to get me into a 2018 Tiguan at the price point and payment that I desired. I spent a LOT of time with him for my own peace of mind, and he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me all the specs on each Tiguan in stock before taking me on a test drive to make sure I was testing the vehicle that I wanted. I also wanted a specific color, which was at their sister dealership, so he drove me there to pick up the vehicle. It was well past the time he was scheduled to get off work when I was finally finished with everything, but he stayed with me every step of the way until I drove off the lot. I was more than happy to add an additional service onto my order because my car did need it. I am glad he asked, and he was not pushy about it. After the work was completed he thoroughly went over the invoice again making sure the work done was what I had requested, and it was. He was also open to questions and concerns, and really just making sure that I was satisfied with the service and I was. Again, the wait time was shorter than expected which is always a bonus. I switched to the VW Parkville Service Center a few years ago after having a horrible experience at Cook VW, and I have never been happier.
