Once I pulled on the lot the bright and vibrant Yellow color caught my eye immediately and Spencer helped clarify this was the vehicle I wanted to own. He was super knowledgeable about the Atlas and did a fantastic job explaining all of the ins and outs to my wife and I. Based on his helpful approach and what this vehicle offers we decided to make the purchase to ensure we got the color that we immediately fell in love with along all the features Spencer laid out for us. Everyone we encountered was friendly and conversational, making this a great buying experience. All in all it was a generally quick transaction considering all we accomplished together that day. Mr. Melvin was my former childhood neighbor, in which we grew up together. I reached out to him and he was there just as he promised, that i would be taken care of. I meet Mr.Batts late the Saturday night. before my Monday purchase. As he had closed the office, the lights were off, he was coming out of the door alone, I was looking on the car lot. Mr. Batts was not afraid, he opened the door back up, and cut the lights back on, talked with me as if the office had just opened. From that moment on I knew, this was the dealership to purchase from. As I had spoken with Mr. Melvin, he guaranteed me that I would satisfied with Heritage Volkswagen. Mr. Caldwell assisted me well the process was smooth, although Mr. Turner advised him of no x's (Inside joke that was shared between us three). And Mr. Turner, when Heritage hired him that was a good choice. Mr. Turner showed a very positive attitude, in helping me with my decision on my new VW.
