I told him why I was there and he immediately went and got the vehicle for a test drive. He answered my questions concerning the RAM and worked as mediator between myself and sales manager John Young as we agreed on the price. I purchased the vehicle and everything went very smoothly even the paperwork with Jacob Caldwell. What was great about Bruce, John, and Jacob was i never felt pressured into anything I did't want.
