I bought a used car for cash. Ir was +12, 000..... that I paid for including tax and tags. The manager Chris knew I was there the day before. The salesman and I filled put all necessary paper work. When I retun the next day to pick up car I kept getting the run around to find out your manage had another customer in office trying to sell the same car that I was trying to buy. I was taxed another extra $500.00 because I choose not to finance..I had never heard of such thing. I had to go borrow $500 more dollars to purchase car. Your manager did not give a crap about a single mom who came to purchase a car with cash. He never showed his face however he knew I was there and totally ignored me until ne another salesman knew my frustration and took the money to the cashier. My salesman Mr. MILTON was on this day but SPECIFICALLY left instructions for another salesman to close out the deal for him..PLEASE tell me why I had to pay $500 more dollars for a car because I paid cash. Customer service was great, as always. The only issue I had was them not resetting the service light after getting a service and oil change. I called the next day and was told that I would need to come bac had was them not resetting the service light after getting a service and oil change. I called the next day and was told that I would need to come back in to have it reset. I don’t live in the area so I had to go to another dealer to get it done. It’s not a huge issue, just inconvenient. More
