Treats women with no respect by speaking over them and claims that they are telling when they are just being firm in speaking their mind on the terrible treatment from him and his staff. If a man spoke in the same time he would say they are not yelling. Sales people Cassie and JoJo promise phone calls back and never deliver. Not too mention the VW's have the worst fuel economy of any car I've owned. Also got upgraded to the EQ Bond coating which actually robbed the fabric and caused more damage than good and yet I still have to pay for it. True car sales people.... Lied lies lies once they get your money it's all disrespect and garbage service. More
Lackluster sales experience, so we LEFT. Tried to buy an Atlas today. Such a lackluster customer service experience with the salesperson who didn't seem to care much at all about our interest Tried to buy an Atlas today. Such a lackluster customer service experience with the salesperson who didn't seem to care much at all about our interest. Didn't have the vehicle ready for us to drive which I told him about that we wanted to come see on the phone prior. He wasn't knowledgeable about trim levels and when we wanted to understand more they had zero model brochures, he handed me a data sheet in his binder then walked away and didn't explain how to read it. Minimal effort showed us he didn't care at all about this purchase. And he said he couldn't get the car (which wasn't on his lot) for DAYS. So, went to another local dealer and left with the right car, an amazing sales experience SAME DAY. At an even better price. With staff who were ecstatic to help, in a much nicer sales environment that even had chairs for us to sit in. More

Now, a year later, I can't sell it , trade it, or get a resolution, but I know that employees of this dealership were able to take the identical car, with the identical defect, and trade that car for a brand new one. They do a great job servicing cars, but the uneven response and program offered to employees underscores the contempt for the customers. I wrote a detailed letter to Oscar Martinez, and afforded the dealership, and the salesman the chance to make it right, even by putting my wife into a different car at our expense- . My wife. In a year, my kid will be driving- should I let her drive the car? Would you let your kid drive the car? So it's of little use to me at all. He quit the dealership, went to a more reputable product line but I'm the one with the worthless car, he drives a brand new Passat and was able to turn his in. More
Up until yesterday I thought that I had a done deal with Herman Cook VW. I thought I was paying the below email price of $27,839.80 OTD for a Dark Gray with black leather 2012 Jetta TDI with premium and nav Herman Cook VW. I thought I was paying the below email price of $27,839.80 OTD for a Dark Gray with black leather 2012 Jetta TDI with premium and navigation, and with a mat kit and first aid kit. My rate at 2.9 with $3,000 down. A monthly payment of $444.00 for 60 months. I went to sign the papers yesterday and at the top of the paperwork it states it is a 2011 TDI with navigation. My sales man claims that he never knew that it was suppose to be a 2012 and that there was just miscommunication between us because in my first email I stated that I wanted a 2012 but if he had a great deal on a 2011 I would listen to it. Here is the header of 8 emails that clearly states it is a 2012 when we are finalizing the deal, 5 before I got there. These were not created by me. I don't know what exactly that means, what would I be guilty of? There is a lot more to this, but it is so long to explain it. It became clear that they knew what they were doing that is why they wanted the documents signed before the car got there, even though I was told the car would be there. The whole thing was a scam. It affected my credit and wasted my time. More
