Since we bought our truck brand new in 2020; Black Chevy Silverado Special Ops Edition, it has continued to be a mystery vehicle to repair. I currently have receipts that we have paid to date $11,207 for M Silverado Special Ops Edition, it has continued to be a mystery vehicle to repair. I currently have receipts that we have paid to date $11,207 for MAINTENANCE on this vehicle!!! It has been THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience in attempting to receive proper diagnoses and repair. I didn't go thru my bank statements. Please keep in mind that it has been "serviced" at the dealership since purchase. There will never be another purchase from Herndon from this home, and I can only hope that this will give potential customers a heads up as to what they will find. And those extended warranties will somehow not be honored or will have "just expired". Unbelievable incompetence. More
