They know what they are doing and they do it well. I have used Herrin-Gear multiple times for various maintenance items (e.g., brakes, oil change, etc.). The most recent visit as well as the previous, I have used Herrin-Gear multiple times for various maintenance items (e.g., brakes, oil change, etc.). The most recent visit as well as the previous, I asked them to check some items regarding braking. They could have told me that multiple repairs were required, but instead told me that I did not need to make any changes yet. They were and are honest. Thus, when they tell you certain repairs are needed, listen to them because the repairs are indeed necessary. Their work is superior and professional. I have two vehicles that I take to them. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for. Expertise that knows the Infinitis inside and out. More
