Dropped in without appointment The visor on my Infinity broke, making it very difficult to see properly while driving. I drove in 15 minutes later and was back on the road with a new visor within about an hour. No appointment but still given great service! Quency Coleman took very good care of me. First, I called the initial service person and explained to her what was happening to my vehicle and she said it wasn't anything they did wrong and didn't ask me to bring back so they could check it out. However, I got with Phillip, service manager and a certified technician hopefully, they got the problem resolved. More
