Very disappointed in this visit from top to bottom… only thing good about it was the energy of my service writer. Her energy was amazing. And added a locking lug nut to each of my tires without permission or knowledge until I opened my hatch the next day to put groceries in there and found the package of 4 “GOOD” lug nuts in the package..? What’s going on??? More
