5 Start Experience by Cesar Cesar was the one who assisted me with my car. He was really friendly and welcoming, very honest and open with me about how much it would be to see wh Cesar was the one who assisted me with my car. He was really friendly and welcoming, very honest and open with me about how much it would be to see what was wrong with my "Right side turning signal.' He informed me that I would have to pay $85.00 for the mechanics to take a look and once they was able to what was wrong with the turning signal. The $85.00 would go towards the charging fee. I was so relived to hear this. "Because I've been to places where I was told one price only to find myself broke after leaving there. It wasn't after Cesar came and told me that the "Right side turning signal relay" needed to be replaced, which was a total of a $125.00. This was right up my alley! Thanks Cesar!! Oh!! Did I say how I wasn't looking to purchase another Honda once I pass my 06 down to my son. I had plans to buy with another brand but because I was treated with such honesty. I think, I'm going to look into another Honda! Can't wait to see what Herson's Honda have for 2017!! More

We came so late in the evening and only intended on viewing our Odyssey options. But that same evening we were driving in our new van. We did not haggle nor did we feel antagonized by the staff. We purchased 2 other cars in the past few years and it was by far a more negative experience with all sorts of sales tactics. There were no gimmicks with Rich; he respected our need to explore the car without any intrusion. He was more like a tour guide in the world of Honda. The small details of professionalism went far in our minds; he returned our calls even after the purchase. He made himself available for any questions and even programmed our radio for us.
