The level of care and customer service she showed me was far more then i was accustomed to from this dealership. We dropped off the CRV the evening before and it was ready by mid-morning the next day. Herson's kept us apprised of the service process by e-mail and Cesar, our service rep, also called when it was ready. When my wife picked up her CRV, Cesar went through the complete check list of what had been done. The Herson personnel could not have been more courteous or professional. More

Wonderful service Department - especially Rose Had an A1 service performed on my Honda Fit. Dealt with Rose in the service department. She is the best. Very friendly and wonderful to work with. Excellent Service I brought in my Honda Fit for a repair necessitated by a recall. I was prepared for a three-hour wait, as I had been warned that the repair would take I brought in my Honda Fit for a repair necessitated by a recall. I was prepared for a three-hour wait, as I had been warned that the repair would take that long. The car was ready in two hours! Jesse, the service guy, was a big help to me, notifying me when work began on my car, and again when it was finished. Herson's is undergoing a renovation, which includes the waiting room. The waiting area is now more spacious, filled with light, and with easily accessible restrooms. The only drawback was a constant draft of cold air at floor level, which made my feet feel very cold. I hope that the draft is just due to the construction and is not a permanent fixture. Otherwise, I had a pleasant time in the waiting room, where I had brought a lot of work to keep me occupied until my car was ready. More
