Also my Salesman was Pat Zavala with whom I leased my car with 3 years ago and plan to go back and discuss my next step. They both are very polite and I highly recommend anyone needing service or interested in purchasing/leasing contact them. I tried going on the Google dealership ratings but could not locate Herson's. Fast and excellent service. Had just had an accident and front left wheel was protruding. Had no appointment, but Mike and Omar helped with getting the service I needed. One tech came out, reviewed my vehicle, gave me estimate time and directed me to rest area. In 30 mins, an email came in to give me status update. After about 45 min, Mike came over and briefed me services that has been done, also answer my questions about tire life, and reminded me of a recall service in the next few week. The dealer keeps its promise that the A1 service is free of charge because of my last B2 service. I feel comfortable for the whole process. More

Excellent Customer Service My SRS light came on and after an investigation it was determined that my driver's side seat beat needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, I was going on an extended trip with my Mother in two days. Rose ordered the appropriate part and scheduled my car to be fixed within a short amount of time so that we could safely go on our way without any delay.
