I suspected a brake pad/caliber problem, so I immediately made an appointment at Herson's, Rose made a heroic effort to schedule me as soon as possible, after learning that I needed to use the car in three days to drive my 90-year old mother-in-law quite a distance to an important medical appointment at the end of the week, and I wanted to make certain that my car could get her there safely. Rose inserted me into an already booked schedule, and the problem, which was indeed the brakes, was diagnosed and resolved quickly. Over the past 25 years, I have purchased only two cars, both Accords from Herson's Honda. I tend to drive my Accords until they refuse to go just one more mile, and Herson's exceptional after-sale service enables me to do this. More

Herson's service team to the rescue When a pothole took out two of my new tires, I immediately called Herson's for service. The next day, Cesar met me at the door to assess the damage.
