I have known Mr. Cesar Lemus for approximately a year. The service received has gone from standard to EXTRAORDINARY. I am greeted by name upon my arrival and he provides a detailed explanation of what needs to be done in a way I can understand and is competent on answering all of my questions. He is comprehensive and precise, but more importantly trustworthy and respectful. I recently had an unexpected issue with my car. One phone call to Cesar and I knew everything would be taken care. He was very accommodating to my demanding schedule and completed extensive warranty work in a timely fashion. I cannot recommend Cesar enough for his exemplary service and dedicated customer service!! More
