Service I just bought a 2016 Honda Accord, and the tire pressure light came on the day I drove it out of the dealership. My tire gage showed normal pressure, but Weston Stone explained that the tires were over pressured to 40 psi as compared to normal psi of 33. He showed me how to recalibrate the sensor if it happens again. He was professional, educational and very helpful in answering all of my questions as this has never happened to me on the same day that I get a new car. More

Tammy was excellent, no hard sell, no BS, she was knowledgable and friendly with a matter of fact common sense that we appreciated. CJ was helpful and ended up giving us an excellent deal. His initial promises were sweeping and general and then once he gave us the details it wasn't what he promised. To his credit he did give us what we thought he promised in the first place, but he made us work for it. Rick was what you would expect from a finance guy - you just sign the papers but it took longer than it needed to. More

The service is always properly done in a timely fashion. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else for service. Plus, when it comes time to replace one of our cars we automatically head to Herson's. We have purchased an Odyssey, an Accord, a CRV, and a Civic all at Herson's over the years. We would highly recommend Herson's to anyone looking for a reliable dealership. More

Reliable, competent service, excellent communication re need I have been taking my 1995 Honda Accord to Herson's since it was new, and they have kept it running like a top. I have never felt that they recommended more service/repairs than was needed... they have always explained in detail why certain repairs or parts replacement was needed. During service I get regular email and text updates on status. I have always had the impression of a high degree of competence in the mechanics, and the service representatives are always a pleasure to work with. In particular, I would to call out the service rep I dealt with most recently, Cesar Lemus, who could not have been more pleasant and communicative. More

Great People and extremely good service I went in on Saturday May 21st to pick up my Accord and I asked if they could put air in my spouses car because one tire was very low. Mr. Weston Stone was more than happy to do so and alerted me of a possible slow leak in that tire. Mr, Carlos Salazar was the one that took very good care of my Accord. Rose Byrd also came out to say hello as always. The people at Herson's are very friendly and courteous and their service has been very good and I expect it to continue. More
