Made a Deal and Then Herson's Sold My Car to Someone Else I worked with Herson's to buy a used car. I had a good experience at first. I told the staff that I would be coming in the next morning to purchase I worked with Herson's to buy a used car. I had a good experience at first. I told the staff that I would be coming in the next morning to purchase the car - we had an agreement. 3 hours later, I get a voice message saying that they sold the car to someone else. I would never purchase a car from a place that does something like that. Carmax is 1/2 a mile down the road and we bought a car there this weekend, great experience - go there, not Herson's! More

Our salesperson, Krystal Shomonsky, greeted us and was so pleasan My husband and I went to Herson's to just to a test drive of a 2015 Honda CrossTour. Our salesperson, Krystal Shomonsky, greeted us and was so pleasant and knowledgeable but gave no pressure! A very different experience for us. She let us drive the Cross Tour and the CR-V to see which met our needs best. To our surprise, we purchased the CR-V and it was made so easy for us!! The Finance department was amazing! Alpha Bah completed the transaction with the most current technology imaginable. Krystal loaded our personal details into the car tech system including navigator and off we went. It was a first for us in car buying!! Fantastic friendliness. Five Stars!!! Thank you for a job well done! More
Awful experience I was looking to buy the 2015 Honda Accord LX and was in touch with Sierra Belton after reading this reviews since end of Sep 14. Since begining they I was looking to buy the 2015 Honda Accord LX and was in touch with Sierra Belton after reading this reviews since end of Sep 14. Since begining they want me come in dealers place and mention that they dont want to loose customer because of money ( as long as price is reasonable ). Everytime as I ask give me out the door price but always come in will give you price. Begining of Dec 14 I got a email from her. At the end I tired back and forth email but no proper response from her. I called on Last Monday of last month of year 2014 with clearly mentioning my offer including everthing ( out the door price ) - no additional money - with 0.9% finance if I qualify with 2k downpayment. If you confirm by Monday night the mail I wrote or Tuesday morning by 10 AM, So I can come and pick the vehical same day or next day worst case (last of the year 2014). As I live 3 hours away. However, she send me the email on last day of the year with price which I offered and Manager Justin agreed on. I called afternoon after I got a email to make sure they are still good to go and check when they are close on last day of the year and they close at 6:00 PM. So I cant even make it before 7:00 PM and they dont want to wait for and agreed to give the car for same price next day means first day 2015. So I drove and reach on first Jaunuary 2015 met with Justin after 3 and half hours of drive. Now guess what Sierra wasnt in office and met with Justin (who was agreed ) and hook me up with Sales person. Now big drama happen Justin was agreed(email price- as i mentioned earlier) before I came to dealer place, and once I am at dealer he dont want to accept the price and his word is I cant sell the Honda at this price which he was agreed on First day of the year. If It was last day of the year he could have done something, When I show him email( guess they did have email which I send ) and then begin the blame game and said the Sierra Belton (Internet consultant) dont know. So lession learned never visit this dealer and never relied with this kind of person especially if they agreed and dont keep the word. I loose whole day for not buying the car. and I have to start from begining. Let me tell you another thing the price he offered which is even higher then competitor, which is without negotiate other dealer are offering... Just visit website you can see the difference. In a age of internet, business happen over internet and dealer like this approached as they dont want to waste their time and money. I read article dealer gets better lead via internet rather then walkin customer. SO NEVER VISIT this dealer................... More

Why I continue to buy cars at Herson's Honda I just bought a new CR-V from Herson's Honda, and once again, I came away impressed with the service I received. The salesperson -- Aaron Phillips -- I just bought a new CR-V from Herson's Honda, and once again, I came away impressed with the service I received. The salesperson -- Aaron Phillips -- was very easy to work with. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and getting me all set up in the new CR-V. This is the fourth vehicle that I've purchased from Herson’s. I have all of them serviced there, too. I’ve always received excellent service from Herson’s – whether I’m buying a new car or getting maintenance work done. They are friendly and courteous, and more importantly, they’ve always been honest and fair in all of my dealings with them. I’ve been going to Herson’s for over 15 years, and I hope to continue to be going there for many more years. I’d recommend Herson’s to anyone. More
Dishonest business We purchased a new(supposedly) 2015 Odyssey EXL last month and found out there were damages(warped ) to all of the door moldings on entire passenger s We purchased a new(supposedly) 2015 Odyssey EXL last month and found out there were damages(warped ) to all of the door moldings on entire passenger side. I took the delivery at night and I trusted that the inspection was done by dealer prior to selling. Took it back twice to talk to managers to see and only tells me it will be fixed by Honda Warranty. I am not happy because I believe they knew this problem prior to selling. It is not something you can miss. Not only did they hide this but gave me a delivery paper saying nothing is be repaired. Either it is their oversight or deliberate lie to me. I asked them to resolve the issue but they can't do nothing but repair and blame Honda for failure in quality control. This is the worst new car buying experience ever and will not ever buy at this place and tell everyone that I know about this. I am filing all the complaints that I can file including here. Avoid this dealership. More

Matt helped us all the way through the car buying process staying 3 hours later then he needed to to ensure we were taken care of. I would recommend Matt to anyone. I told my father about my experience and he came in the same day and traded in his old honda that he bought from a friend at another honda dealership. Thank you Matt. More
A Dream Come True! I will preface this review by letting you know that I am 62 years old, and have never in my life owned a brand new vehicle. I was at Herson's getting I will preface this review by letting you know that I am 62 years old, and have never in my life owned a brand new vehicle. I was at Herson's getting a part for my old car, and it turned out that the part I needed was way more expensive than I could afford. The parts department recommended that I speak with Matt Emery, who is in charge of their Vehicle Upgrade Program. I explained my situation, and asked Matt if there was a vehicle he could sell me for less than $300 a month, with no money down. I don't have good credit, and expected that I end up with a used car with a decent amount of miles on it. Somehow, Matt was able to sell me a brand new Honda Civic XL, with zero money from me, and I was kept under my budget! He even gave me 2 years/24,000 miles off free maintenance, and $500 as the down payment for being a retired Navy Officer. Matt went out of his way to help me shop for insurance, and even helped me apply through USAA to see if I could get a better interest rate on my own than he could give me through his banks. His rate ended up being better anyways, so it all worked out. I can't tell you how good it feels to be able to purchase my first new car at 62 years old. I'm still in shock, and am extremely grateful for Matt's help. I would recommend him to ANYONE. More
