He was patient, courteous, and extremely helpful in getting us a car that we were completely happy about and that we could afford. Never once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. The one thing that stuck out in my mind was when he said it was his job to make sure that every facet of our car buying experience was a 100% satisfying experience. When I told him we had a negative experience at another Honda dealership regarding the financial sit-down portion of the transaction, he jumped into action and made sure that that part of our experience would be a positive one...and it was! Ethel made that part of the experience effortless. The really funny part was that while we were purchasing the car, I recognized a senior manager there who sold me my first Honda back in 1994! Though I have a new Accord and a 2013 CR-V, I will definitely be purchasing any new Hondas at Herson's in the future. More
