Excellent! listened to concerns and went beyond expectations We were nervous about buying a new car since our last and first experience of purchasing a new vehicle two years ago (due to a car accident that cause We were nervous about buying a new car since our last and first experience of purchasing a new vehicle two years ago (due to a car accident that caused us to lose our reliable car) turned into a nightmare of a vehicle that had to keep coming into the shop for various repairers approximately every 3-4 months for the past two years. At that point the car spent more time in the shop then with us on the road and we started to always be nervous about driving the vehicle anywhere even after the last perfect fix. Due to this is understandable situation we decided to purchase a new car so soon after our last experience and we were nervous about giving Honda another try again as a brand. However due to several of our friends being Honda owners repeatedly telling us that our car was just one out of a million unlucky jackpot winners, and thanks to Aaron Phillips’s knowledge of our situation, understanding, encouragement, and patience we became rehabilitated to give the Honda Brand anther go. Aaron Phillips went over and beyond what any Sales & Lease Consultant has ever done for us and was not only a great asset in helping us decide on our future car but also in the search for the perfect vehicle. He listened to all of our concerns and possibly outrages requests and gave us confidence. Even though we could have gotten the car form another dealer for less we felt so safe with Aron that we did not want to work with anyone else. The whole process was fast, friendly and painless. I really liked the internet pricing option.
