We proceeded carefully, considering several other manufacturers' vehicles, and, along the way, met with Michael on multiple occasions. Throughout, Michael was very patient and responsive. He never attempted to pressure us in any way, which would have been counter-productive had he done so. He also had done his homework, as he was extremely familiar with all of the technology in the CRV and how to operate it. Once we had decided to move forward with the CRV, our price discussions were very straightforward, without any of the posturing or other behaviors that can make car-buying an unpleasant experience. Michael is a genuinely nice person, and we recommend him very highly. This also is the third purchase we have made over the years with Herson's Honda. More

No Surprises I bought my first Honda (a Prelude) nearly forty (40) years ago at Herson's. Since that time I migrated to Accords and bought at dealers nearer my ho I bought my first Honda (a Prelude) nearly forty (40) years ago at Herson's. Since that time I migrated to Accords and bought at dealers nearer my home in Silver Spring. This time, for my fourth Accord, I decided to use the Costco auto buying program and they steered me back to Herson's. I'm glad they did. It was well worth the extra miles to get there. I was lucky that Aaron Phillips was near the door when I arrived, and he immediately took me in hand and led me through the process. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He even chuckled good-naturedly at my jokes. I left with my new Accord Sport feeling I had been treated respectfully as the customer and that I had received a fair deal. I would recommend the experience to any new Honda buyer. More
