He made things easier by being this way when he sympathized with my anxiety about learning the new vehicle. He further offered to call him or stop by whenever I had questions. Very impressed! The only person I was not impressed by was the man who did our paperwork for finance and this was why I did not give Hersons 5 stars. I don’t remember his name but Aaron probably will. However, he was abrasive, and not friendly or welcoming at all. He didn’t even smile. This should not be the case! However, I give Aaron the highest of ratings. More
