Top of the Line Experience It was time for a new car, so we were looking either for a Toyota or Honda. We visited a Toyota dealership first, and we were given an excellent pric It was time for a new car, so we were looking either for a Toyota or Honda. We visited a Toyota dealership first, and we were given an excellent price on a vehicle, but there was something we just didn't like, however, about the whole experience. We then headed to the Honda dealer--a good distance away--with four adults and two children in the car. From the moment we entered Herson's, we knew we had found the right place. We were greeted at the door where we met the amazing Rick, who would be our guide and advisor through the entire buying process. He was so patient, so knowledgeable, so caring; we could not have asked for more. The dealership is spotless, and the attention to the customer is beyond good. We looked at three Honda models, and, though it took us another day to decide the best for us, we had the best buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great Experience Overall ... One Suggestion Though Was a wonderful experience and Arturo kept me well informed while we waited for the car to arrive, and the car arrived well before it was expected. The only shortcoming was the unpleasant surprise that the accessories ordered for the vehicle were on order and I would have to return once they arrived. Wasn't told this in advance of coming to pick up the care. Had I known that the accessories had not been installed I would have waited to finalize the purchase until the car was completely ready. Had a great time with Arturo while he demonstrated and explained the many features of the car. That said, I am enjoying the car very much. This is my 8th Honda over a 41 year period and have never been disappointed. More
