Smooth process Buying a new car is not always a pleasant experience. And then there are doubts, etc. That said, we had an overall smooth experience at Herson's and M Buying a new car is not always a pleasant experience. And then there are doubts, etc. That said, we had an overall smooth experience at Herson's and Mr. Rahiem Dorsey was certainly a factor for that. He explained all options, calmly and without any pressure. He put us at ease and gave us the time we needed to make our decisions. Time will tell whether our purchase was a winning experience, but at least we felt we could trust Mr. Dorsey and the dealership. Mr. Garcia in the finance department also provided us with a very pleasant experience. We can only hope that at Herson's they keep maintaining high standards striving to do better and better since that is the only way to keep your customers. More
