This is the very first time we had stepped inside a Honda dealership and tried a Honda car because we have had been a loyal customer of Toyota Darcars (which is just a stone-throw away) for the past ten years or so.... The dealership experience we've had with the sales, finance and their professional group of honda experts is by far the best we've experienced here in DMV area. Helpful, not pushy Omar was a pleasure to work with. During our test drive he didn't talk incessantly trying to sell us, but did a good job of explaining features when Omar was a pleasure to work with. He was also honest when he didn't know an answer and found out details for us later instead of BSing an answer. Omar was personable and helpful without being pushy, which was refreshing. Being able to leave quickly after gathering the information we needed made us happy to return when we were ready to buy. Pricing was fair without a lot of push to add extras. Overall, our experience at Hersons was very good and we love our new Honda. More
