Jonathan was also really great about negotiating the price down to what we were satisfied with and which was reasonable based on the TrueCar value for that zip code. My fiancé and I would highly recommend working with Jonathan and we hope he's there in 3 years when the lease on our Honda ends and we need to upgrade to the next model! More

Chuck listened, made suggestions and had a car brought out for a test drive. He explained various electronic and other features about the car. He was always friendly, helpful, patient and responsive to all my questions. All in all, a very positive experience. More

No Tricks and No Games I've been to many dealerships, but never to one like Herson's Honda. For starters, I was in and out in 3 and a half hours with my brand new 2017 Honda I've been to many dealerships, but never to one like Herson's Honda. For starters, I was in and out in 3 and a half hours with my brand new 2017 Honda Civic. Aaron Phillips, my sales person, was very honest with me and did an amazing job at helping me find the right car for the right price. In other dealerships, other sales people would always try to upsell you and sell you things that you said you did not want. Aaron did an amazing job at understanding what we were looking for and was an expert. Finance was also an amazing experience. At other dealerships, the finance guy would ALWAYS play with the numbers and give us ridiculous interest rates or sneak some extra stuff in without telling us. Herson's was literally the complete opposite. The finance guy was super super honest with us and gave recommendations on warranties and other things very well. And to top it all off, at other dealerships, I would have to wait 5-6 weeks to get my permanent license plate and registration. Literally as I was asking the finance guy how long it would be to get the license plate, he opens a drawer and hands me the permanent plates and registration, right then and there. I did not even get to finish my sentence and he had them ready for me. This has to been the best dealership experience I've ever had and I will return to Herson's Honda for my next Honda for sure. More
