However, the reason that I am rating Hersons a 4/5 stars is because the "volume" of customer's at the service center. My recommendation for Hersons would be to hire more mechanic's and service staff in order to handle the overall volume of their service center. More

A1 service and a surprise As usual, it was a pleasure working with Rose. Service was done in a timely manner and I was sent on my way. After leaving, I ran some errands and was surprised when the sliding doors on both sides of my van stopped working, with one side just barely open and the other completely open. I called Herson's and spoke with Rose, who said she would be waiting for me. Once I got there, Rose got the car into the service bay right away. I was very happy that I, and my car, of course, were well taken care of during both visits! More

When an opening occurred later the same day, Rose tried valiantly to reach us to approve the needed work so I could get my van back the same day. My husband called her back at 7:30 the next morning. She told him she was going to call us at 8:00 a.m. in case we slept in. Thoughtful! The van needed some pretty extensive work, and Rose explained everything very thoroughly. The final bill was less than the estimate she had given, as she looked for discounts she could apply. She was very friendly (as were many others we spoke to while picking up my van). My van feels like it has a second life, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. More
