Because we are new to Honda, we needed an introduction to the Civic's amenities and Drew was very patient and pleasant in answering our questions and helping us understand how everything works. Our current car is a VW Diesel which we are selling back to VW. Drew helped us work through the transfer of tags, etc. Overall the purchase of the car went very smoothly. More

My Service Experience I've leased probably 4 times from Hersons and I trust the dealership. I am also pleased that each time I turn my vehicle in they do not access me for I've leased probably 4 times from Hersons and I trust the dealership. I am also pleased that each time I turn my vehicle in they do not access me for the minor nicks and wear of tires over my 3 year lease course. Today I took my vehicle in for a tire rotation and oil change and had an absolutely excellent time getting in and out. It took half the time I expected and Mr. Michael Parker was excellent in detailing the work done and advised me of a coolant reservoir being broken so I was scheduled immediately for repair. Now I call this service. Great job Hersons and Mr. Parker. It also helped that he was very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. More
